Following our incredible inaugural retreat in May 2025 we are excited to announce our return dates for 2026. We’ve created a boutique wellness festival with time to retreat on the iconic paradise island of Mustique. This luxury retreat, with limited places on each of these weeks, offers the very best of Mustique, with the opportunity to experience the island through the lens of an island villa-owner living their best life. This is a lively week – packed full of healthy and social activities, created to enable guests to experience a week that most reflects life on this blissful island. It is a unique opportunity to gain access to the private retreat of royalty, rock stars and discrete billionaires.
Mustique is a haven for healthy activities that islanders enjoy daily. Life for the in-the-know regular visitors or residents already incorporates coastal hiking around the island’s circumference, snorkelling with turtles, practising yoga on the ocean-facing pavilion, beach work-outs and sea-swimming with the island’s horses. There’s a bliss-out spa where the Bamford-trained therapist de-stress and soothe with their signature healing organic projects. There’s an exceptional new gym and studio at the Cotton House Hotel run by their resident expert team. But Mustique’s fun, festive, eccentric side is legendary too and to compliment the health-focused activities for regular island visitors there are sumptuous beach-side picnics, Cotton-House cocktail parties and jazz and dancing at the iconic Basil’s Bar.
We welcome you to enjoy a celebration of all aspects of a ‘best life’ on the island, embracing the true essence of Mustique in an authentic ‘feel-good’ week. You feel a sense of natural joy and happiness on the island which stems from the combination of uplifting nature surrounding you with the genuine warmth, kindness and welcome of the islanders. The island’s sociable personality inspires connection and is energising. Its laid-back rhythm and unspoiled natural beauty enables deep relaxation. The island’s unmatched privacy provides the safest space to escape to.
The festival belongs to solo travellers, friends and couples, anyone who wants to experience island bliss for an unforgettable week.
The programme weaves together a wide range of activities to create a joyful wellbeing week to experience the full beauty of the island and get to know some of the island’s key personalities. Activities within the programme include sunrise hikes, snorkelling with the Green sea-turtles by Basil’s, cardio-tennis on Macaroni Beach, a bliss-out spa treatment at the Bamford spa, ocean-view yoga at Lagoon Bay, studio-based Pilates, sunset breathwork, guided kayaking, SUP and so much more (see full inclusions below). You’ll be exploring the island in ‘mules’ (Mustique’s golf buggies). While in Mustique you can also enjoy sea-swimming with horses, riding, diving, personal training and private tennis coaching.
Mustique Island is famed for its stunning contempory villas which are scattered across the hilltops and beachsides of the island. Each is privately owned, and therefore completely unique in design and style. Each offers sweeping sea sea views, indulgent living, private dining areas and expansive pools.
