Shanti Som’s Pilates retreat will help tone your physique and calm your mind. You’ll focus on fluid movements, performed with control, emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Goals include strengthening the body, improving flexibility and range of motion and developing proper breathing. The wellness retreat includes daily group yoga, meditation and mat Pilates, a private Reformer Pilates session and a spa treatment.
