The Bar Miró serves good cocktails and occasionally hosts live music. There is no restaurant (except for breakfast), but Bilbao is home to plenty of top quality options. For the best sea food in town, we recommend Zapiran, about a 10 minute walk away.
For something a little different, how about kayaking down the river or, even, SUP (stand up paddle)? It certainly provides both great exercise and a novel view of the city.
