The terrain varies from soft, sandy forest tracks, steep rocky inclines, to gentle endurance-perfect mountain contour paths. The trails will be tailored to suit your fitness levels and technical experience and will be guided by one of our local expert athletic running guides.
Suitable for all fitness levels, the package includes 5 trail-running days: the length of the trails varies from 2 – 4 hours depending on fitness levels. For the remainder of your stay, take time to unwind and relax and explore the region’s other tourist attractions.
