Blessed by great weather pretty much all year round, Spain is so easy to get to and so wonderful when you get there – provided you stay away from the well-known tourist hot spots!
It’s such an easy hop to fly down to Spain and there is pretty much something for everyone all year round. Even in the winter you can be lucky with gorgeous warm weather. In fact, one of our team recently had a picnic lunch on the beach in Ibiza at Christmas.

Spain has three distinct regions: the Mediterranean has warm dry summers with plenty of sun and mild winters, making it an ideal year round destination. The South-East of Spain has much longer summers with dry periods lasting well beyond the summer months. North Spain is affected by the Atlantic Ocean and sees rainfall for much of the year along with milder summers and winters. In the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of north Africa, the islands of Tenerife and Fuerteventura make fabulous warm weather options even during the winter months.
