Join Destination Yoga for a 7 night retreat in Italy. Your retreat combines a beautiful location with excellent teachers (flown in from London) to deliver you an experience that will leave you feeling stronger calmer and uplifted.
The retreat will be taught by the wonderful Liz Lark. Liz has been teaching yoga since the 1990s, training first with the British Wheel of Yoga. Her inspiration comes from the series of Astanga Vinyasa tradition and other Hatha yoga practises including yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and her classes are known for creative sequencing alongside a focus on alignment. Liz adapts yoga postures for each individual in order to chisel into the form and help to sculpt and free each unique body.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be at the beautiful La Rosa dei 4 Venti, a lovingly restored 16th century farmhouse. The masseria comfortably accommodates 10 students and close by there are another five rooms in the trulli houses. These small, white conical buildings are one of the most magical aspects of the Puglian landscape.
Meals
La Rosa offers delicious cuisine with a fantastic variety of local, seasonal and fresh produce. The chef follows a PH alkaline diet so guests can expect healthy vegetarian cuisine combining lots of raw, organic and gluten, wheat & dairy free dishes. Many fruits and vegetables are picked fresh from the garden that morning and the team also make their own goat cheese and milk. The Italian influence is still there with homemade bread, pastries and pasta but due to the special ingredients like buckwheat flour these are all much lighter and healthier than the traditional recipes.
Brunch and dinner will be offered on retreat. At dinner, guests will also have the option to enjoy one glass of tasty local wine, which the option to purchase more if they wish to.

8.00-10.00am Yoga
10.30 Brunch buffet style
5.30-7.00pm Yoga
7.30pm Dinner buffet style
