The 34 huge suites each have a private courtyard, bedroom and living area, and glass doors open on to a desert lounge with a central fireplace. Bathrooms feature twin rain showers and a soaking tub with magical desert views. For the ultimate indulgence, the Girijaala Suite is the pick of the rooms, with a large sky lounge and private swimming pool.
It’s a 10 hour 30 minute flight to Phoenix from London, followed by a 70 minute flight to Page, Arizona and a 20 minute transfer to Amangiri.
