Garden Water Villas: also on stilts and have the addition of a luxurious private garden to the back of the villa as well as deck overlooking the ocean or lagoon. There are one- and two-bedroom options in this category, measuring from 240 to 350m sq.
The Owner’s Villa: boasts more than 1,000m sq and is on its own private island, with four bedrooms and offering the ultimate in exclusivity.
