As you can no doubt already tell, this place is very different to the uber-glam resorts along the coast, but it’s still gorgeous in a uniquely Balinese way.  Fivelements is truly about healing and connecting with yourself and nature.  Fivelements embraces holistic Balinese-inspired therapies administered by traditional Balinese healers using ancient wisdom.  It follows the Balinese principle of Sekala-Niskala, which holds that we all live equally in two worlds: the seen or conscious world (Sekala), and the unseen or psychic world (Niskala).

Healing rituals include a combination of meditation, deep bodywork and prana energy, performed by experienced healers. Energy Healing introduces the powerful Panca Mahabhuta in which Pak Wayan works to balance the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether within the body.

Chakra balancing sessions are for activating and balancing the body’s seven energy centres, while in Prana Healing, Pak Dewa will scan and clear the aura of imbalances.

Massage therapies include Holistic Massage with Prana combination, Deep Healing Reflexology, Acupressure, Invigorating Bodywork and Muscle Release, all of which synchronise intuitive body and energy work to identify, balance and heal.

Diet is key to both your experience and the overall healing process here, and it’s based upon highly rejuvenating ‘living foods’.  These are plant-based foods in their original, un-heated (uncooked) state and are therefore considered raw and alive. They include fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, seaweed and fresh juices. When prepared uncooked, they retain the vital life force nutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oxygen) and live enzymes required to digest food, repair cellular damage and create billions of healthy new cells every day.

The concept is that living foods provide the maximum amount of energy with minimal bodily effort, and have been proven to help heal degenerative conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. These nutrient-rich foods are also effective in treating allergies, digestive disorders, weak immune systems, high cholesterol, obesity and weight problems, as well as various mental, emotional and skin disorders.
