The Wellness Center is equipped with advanced cardiovascular and weight machines, Pilates reformer, Kinesis, Power Plate, and a selection of group and personal sessions to strengthen and balance both body and mind. Daily wellness activities are provided, ranging from outdoor activities such as Sunrise Yoga, Beach Boot Camp to indoor Pilates, Ritmo Latino and a variety of wellness classes. Classes are available for all fitness levels. There is special focus on activities that are more restorative by nature, with the focus on enhancing quality of life and longevity.

Furthermore, One & Only Palmilla offers a wealth of activities including golf, deep-sea fishing, snorkelling, diving, seasonal whale-watching from November to April, tennis and adventure tours into the Baja desert.

There is a “Kids Only” fully supervised programme of activities for children aged from 4 to 11 years, including games, golf, tennis, and cooking classes to keep the younger ones entertained. The complimentary KidsOnly Club is managed by staff trained to the highest standard and there is also the option of professional baby-sitting and nanny services.

Children are also introduced to Mexican culture, with entertaining activities such as Spanish lessons, piñata-making classes and cooking lessons.

For teens there is also a fantastic programme open all year long for those aged from 12 – 17. This includes Ping-pong, surfing, water activities and more.
