Food is a big part of life in Mauritius and the restaurant at Salt of Palmar celebrates the diversity of the people, with food blended from African, Indian, Chinese and French cuisines. Fresh fish, vegan, vegetarian and other culinary delights await diners, with all food locally grown and sourced.
