W Costa Navarino is Greece’s first W brand hotel and feels like no expense has been spared. It has been built in a light and airy contemporary style inspired by the Messina region’s traditional architecture. As a result, natural materials including wood, stone and thatch predominate in the 130,000 m2 grounds.
Stays at W Costa Navarino are focussed towards relaxation. A 450 metre long sand beach sets the bar high, since it comes with its own beach club, water sports and Ionian sunsets. The onsite full-service spa is intended to be as social as it is tranquil. It combines a long list of body treatments with a sauna, steam room and lap pool.
Serious swimmers will prefer the two main outdoor pools, one of which is an impressive 25 metres long. The adjoining 24-hour gym is equipped with free weights, cardiovascular equipment and complimentary fitness classes.

W Costa Navarino has 184 rooms and 62 suites and villas. They follow the contemporary design of the hotel’s public areas, and offer either sea or garden views. Most have a balcony or terrace. Rooms start at a reasonable 40 m2 and sleep a maximum of three people on a combination of a king-sized bed and sofa bed. The largest accommodation options are the 153 m2 two-bedroom Ewow Beachfront Infinity villas, which come with fully-equipped kitchens. Some room types are accessible for those with mobility issues.
