Absolute Sanctuary offers a complete range of wellness programmes, including 5, 7 and 10 night juice detox programmes. The juice fasting programmes cater to those who would like to undergo a detox but do not want to fast completely. The programmes consist of nutritional juices, a choice of either full colonics or a mix of colon hydrotherapy sessions and lymphatic drainage massages, good green stuff shots, yoga classes, massages and healing spa treatments.
The boutique resort is a peaceful oasis and very singles friendly and great value too.
Absolute Sanctuary is our only recommendation on Koh Samui for a juice detox, but you can take a gentle or more comprehensive detox programme also at Kamalaya, which is a superb option. Absolute Sanctuary also offers detox programmes focussed on clean eating and raw food for those who don’t want food completely removed from their programme.
