Guests staying at 5* Palácio Estoril enjoy complimentary daily Pilates classes in the adjoining Banyan Tree Spa. Pilates classes are available 6 days each week, with from 1 to 3 classes offered each day. All these group floor based Pilates classes are free of charge.
Guests who would like to book private classes can do so. The price for individual classes is €60 and for 5 sessions it would be €270. Private Reformer Pilates classes are €100 per session. In addition to the daily complimentary Pilates classes, there are also yoga, hydrobike, ABS and Zumba classes.
