The Body Holiday resort has recently been awarded ‘Best Tennis Programme’ by Spa Finder so you can be doubly sure that you’re in good hands and the resort’s courts are open 24 hours, though one court is always kept aside for lessons.
Tennis lessons are held in 45 minute sessions, from 09.00 to 09.45 Monday to Friday for the Introductory Tennis Level and from 10.00 and 11.00 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the Intermediate Tennis Level.
If you would like to get competitive and try your skills against other guests, the resort hosts a weekly tennis tournament on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 to noon.
