If watersports are a key requirement of your holiday to Cyprus, we would recommend staying at the Anassa. There’s plenty of different water sports to keep both adults and children entertained and active.
The Anassa resort’s PADI Five Star Gold Palm diving centre has two 300hp custom-built dive boats for rapid transfers to the superb reefs, drop-offs and underwater caves of the Akamas Marine Reserve. Diving classes are also available for children aged 8 to 11 with kid-sized diving gear.

A fleet of 15 powerboats (up to 125 hp) is available for self-drive day-trips to the numerous bays that fringe the Akamas peninsula.
The resort also has a range of sailing boats for hire, including two Lasers and a selection of Dart and Fun Boats; boats can be hired for private use or chartered with a skipper. Sailing courses can be arranged for all abilities.
The Watersports Centre also offers Royal Yachting Association boat driving licences. Watersports are available from April to November (weather-permitting at other times).
