One of our favourite beach resorts in the Algarve offers yoga as part of its daily classes schedule and, even better for yogis, a special 5 day yoga programme. So, we recommend that yoga enthusiasts consider heading to Epic Sana on Portugal’s beautiful Algarve coast. This luxury, contemporary resort also has an excellent spa, fitness facilities, tennis and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Epic Sana also has a 5 night mindfulness retreat combining meditation, yoga and spa treatments.
Also on the coast, the ever popular Pine Cliffs resort has a 5 or 7 night yoga and harmonisation of the chakras programme. With luxury accommodation, truly exceptional spa facilities and set on a magnificent beach, Pine Cliffs is an excellent option.
