RAKxa Integrative Wellness Retreat is one of southeast Asia’s best wellness and medical retreats. There are three treatment areas. VitalLife is the hotel’s technology-led wellness centre. Jai takes a holistic focus, with treatments including Ayurvedic massage, and Thai and Chinese traditional medicines. Lastly, Gaya is the hotel’s medical gym, where professional-grade training equipment aims to optimise health.
Additional facilities at RAKxa include a lap pool where aqua fitness classes are held. There is also a yoga and Pilates studio for daily group sessions. The restaurants and tea bar blend great tasting meals with nutritional needs, seasonality, and sustainability.
There are 60 villas at RAKxa Wellness, located a short distance from the hotel’s treatment areas. Each feature a private garden with a swimming pool and lagoon views from floor-to-ceiling glazing. Most treatment programmes are scheduled for five to 14-night stays.
