Junior suites (duplex): A split-level room with the lounge and the bathroom downstairs and a staircase that leads to the mezzanine level bedroom.  Located on the ground floor, view to the main courtyard with its orange trees and fountain.  About 375 to 430 sq ft, decorated in a Moroccan style with a queen size bed.

Junior suite (no terrace): Room on the ground floor or on the 1st floor and from 270 to 410 sq ft, decorated in a Moroccan style with a queen size bed or two beds.

Suite with terrace: Suite with a private roof top terrace (accessed by an indoor staircase), located on the upper floor of the riad with view to the Atlas Mountains or to the Medina.  Queen or twin bedded -on request.  One bedroom with a sitting area about 320 to 430 sq ft.

Large suite with terrace: A spacious suite located on the upper floor of the riad with a private rooftop terrace (accessed by an indoor staircase).  From the terrace: view to the Atlas Mountains or to the Koutoubia mosque.  Queen or twin bedded rooms -on request.  About 430 to 540 sq ft decorated in a Moroccan style.

Master suite with balcony: Luxury suite about 1075 sq ft on two floors with a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool.  1st floor dedicated to the lounge with a fire place and a large desk.  The bedroom with the balcony overlooking the pool and the garden is located on the upper floor.  Queen or twin bedded rooms – on request.
