Trail running is a fantastic way of combining the thrill of exploring the countryside with a great work out.

One of our local team of experts is Steve Atwell, World Championship Triathlete and all-around great guy, and he would be delighted to take you out trail running around his native habitat in the Cape.
The topography of the area is ideally suited to all levels of fitness and some of the views that can be achieved from making your way up the mountains are absolutely superb. The terrain varies from soft, sandy forest tracks, steep rocky inclines, to gentle endurance-perfect mountain contour paths. The trails will be tailored to suit your fitness levels and technical experience.
Steve will assist you with setting your personal training goals and will design the trail running to suit you.
