This Immersion guides you to achieve a deep sense of peace and relaxation while developing the skills necessary to manage a stressful lifestyle, calming external stimuli and shifting your focus inward. Guided meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and yoga, and treatments such as Reiki, acupressure and massage are centered on minimising the effects of stress as well as reducing tension and cultivating mindfulness.
Each of Amanoi’s Immersions begins with a pre-arrival assessment, an initial orientation and an in-depth consultation on arrival.
Based on the understanding that your goals may well be multiple, our tightly knit team aims to support you with a bespoke programme of exercise, spa treatments, healing therapies and deliciously nutritious meals.
There are ongoing consultations to track your progress and check in on how you are feeling in order to fine-tune your Immersion, the programme ends with a final consultation.
