Aava Resort & Spa, in the small fishing town of Khanom, is one of Thailand’s last pristine coastal destinations enjoying untouched beaches, friendly villagers, and rare pink dolphins.
The hotel, which is owned by a Finnish couple and completed in 2010, sits on Nadan beach – a nine kilometre stretch of gorgeous golden sands. The Scandinavian influence is present in the resort’s design and architecture – contemporary, slick and uncluttered.
Aava Resort comprises of just 28 modern style bungalows and villas, each with a daybed that can be converted into an extra bed for a child. The Superior Bungalows are slightly larger than the Deluxe Bungalows. The Poolside Villas have direct access into the main swimming pool and are situated right on the beach front. The Family Villas feature two bedrooms making them ideal for families.
This is a delightfully peaceful resort, allowing guests to simply relax and enjoy an assortment of daily wellness classes and some fun excursions.

Poolside Villa: With a spacious terrace, sea view bathtub and direct access into the hotel’s swimming pool. Poolside Villas are situated right on the beachfront. King size bed. (38 sq.m)
Fly to Surat Thani, via Bangkok, and then a one hour transfer to Aava from the airport. Alternatively, fly direct to Phuket, followed by a 3 hour transfer to the resort.
