The Bootcamp retreats at Pine Cliffs Resort are aimed at people looking for intensive workouts. Inspired by military training, Bootcamp classes take place outdoors
and in contact with nature, focusing on the development of resistance, strength, agility and energy, through functional training, weight training, cardiovascular exercises and running in short and
intense circuits. Physical assessments, Personal Training classes, nutrition consultations and spa treatments complete the experience and will help you achieve your goals faster.
